Hi daniel. The photo accompanied Anna Tunnicliffe's article on Scuttlebutt about training at Cabarete in the Dominican Republic. But it looks to me as if the shot was actually taken when she was competing in the Pacific Coast Laser Radial Championship in 2006.
Seems like I'm not the only Laser sailor that appreciates Cabarete.
